Warm-Up x 3: Run 1 lap, 15 lunges , 10 KB Swings , 10 pull-ups , 10 push-ups , 2 samson stretch

 
10x :15 L-sit w/ :45 rest...or, one L-sit at the top of each minute for 10:00
 
Workout:
Run 1 lap
10 burpees  
Run 2 laps
15 burpees
15 pull-ups
Run 1 lap
10 burpees
10 pull-ups
 
Laps are approx. 400m Post time to comments. Compare to 10-17-07

this was intense. isn't all the cardio abit much. from what i know alot of cardio like this counteracts the biulding of muscle. i dont know the specifics, whats the deal.

im starting the WOD tomorrow!! Im not gonna do it today cas im too sore from Parkour lol...ALL day....hmm..it was fun tho...next time ill do the WOD before i go out :)
