Workout-A classic bodyweight benchmark from Crossfit ....

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

I have to adjust the workout, some. 7 jumping pull ups, push ups on knees by 2 minutes in. But I love it. You can squeeze this in almost anywhere, if you don't have your gym built yet.

17 rounds and the pullups. 
 
I've been doing other stuff with my training so i havnt done these for aaages, but i'll be using them sometimes again :)
