Rest Day.

Active rest. Light aerobic activity followed by joint-mobility exercises and stretching are good choiced for today. Remember that diet might be one of the most important aspects of recovery. This past week i've been sick, And i intended on some hardcore tarining on Sunday with you gear, but all failed and went to pieces. I should be well enough to start doing these again starting with today :grin

Thank goodness for this rest day, I just woke up after 4 hours of sleep after a crazy delve into preparing this oral presentation I'm about to go do! I needed every minute I could get yesterday!
