Workout: Our newest Benchmark: "Fast-55 v. 1.1" 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds of the following for time:

Pull-Ups

Burpees

Handstand Push-Ups

Fast-55 is the name of the benchmark workout. 10-9-8...means you do 10 reps of each exercise, then 9, then 8, etc. until you get to 1 and you note how much time it took to get there.

It seems that these workouts arent all that diverse. im mean when i workout im doing maybe 6-7 different excercises. hear im only seeing 3. whats the deal?

I strive to make the workouts relatively diverse within the span of a week, but each individual workout doesn't need too many individual aspects to make it effective. Within these three movements, there is very little of your body that is not getting worked. If I added more movements, it would dilute the total effect that I'm going for, which is a relatively quick , challenging kick in the ass via full-body calisthenics.

yeah it makes sense. i underestimated it. quick but deffinatly an intense workout.
