Run 5k for time, the more hills the better.

A 5K is 3.1 miles actually; time- 16:47

well toaday I ran 4k at school while everyone else in the PE block, except my class, got to run 1.5k isn't that dandy?

i can't run. i am 52 and my knees cause me great pain. suggested alternatives?

i mean, i have intense pain, for days after i run, although i do it, anyway. now, i am seeking fitness without pain.
