Keeping a journal is essential to have a successful training routine. Not only does it help you track progress, but it helps you stay committed and have a realistic idea about how much effort you are putting in. Once you put it in black and white it becomes very clear how your Parkour training is going. Taking this a step further, putting this in a public place can spur you into additional training, it's one thing to say to yourself "I'd like to train more" it's another to post it on a board read by thousands of people! It's also nice to know you're not alone, and have a place you can check to see what people you look up to are doing for their Parkour training. Check out the Training Journals section of the APK forums, and add your own!

so i was just wondering, i dont particularly use a lot of the training on here for the most part i use my own wrestling training then go out and do some vaults ? what should i be adding to that ?
