when you need that extra kick to get over that wall, this chili will do the trick.

Saute in garlic cumin, chili powder and crushed red pepper:

1/3 cup onion (chopped)

1 green pepper chopped

 

Then Add:

1 Cup Chopped Tomato

1/2 Cup Black Beans

1/2 Cup Kidney Beans

1/2 can sliced black olives (drained)

Fresh Cilantro (to taste)

Went u say green pepper do u mean, bell pepper or jalapeno or what king of pepper

By Green pepper I think the bell pepper is used, otherwise it would probably have said jalapeno or some other type. Though you can use whatever pepper you want I would assume, just remember you'll get more chunks out of a bell pepper than a jalapeno.

Do you add any liquid to the recipe? 
 
Also, bell peppers are LOADED with antioxidants. Levels of vit C are comparable with citrus fruits...a good fresh bell has more vit C than a cup of OJ! :)
