im 14, and just starting out. any particular order that u should do these in? im not too strong, but really want to know Parkour- i want to be able to say, "Yeah, I'm a traceure."  
but im already getting overwhelmed! :x

Amazingly helpful! I am eternally grateful to whoever came up with the idea of using animation to show techniques. Bravo!  
 
A suggestion: for the two-handed vault it would be nice to have a view of the other side of the action so we could see the hands and far arm better.

Wow, those animations are awesome! And helpful, too. They're awesomely helpful! Sweet to not only know these terms but to see them in action. I do the "Lazy Vault" over my couch all the time, but never knew it was an actual Parkour term until now! :zzz

Im 13 and would love to be a traceur/free runner:roll. I cannot get the hang of all the tricks etc though Im a brilliant climber and train in Taekwondo. Have you any suggestions for me on how to become better? :?

Only thing is, on a cat leap, your feet are supposed to hit first, yes? In this case though, it gets the main point close, and the hands will hit very shortly after. Just not your face! :eek  
 
I still need to do one first, though. Other than that, these animations are cool! :)
