These are great animations. What program was used to make these? It wasn't flash, was it?

How should i start out parkour/free running. i'm 14, and not very strong. Please help me out, i'm very interested in free running

im 14, and just starting out. any particular order that u should do these in? im not too strong, but really want to know Parkour- i want to be able to say, "Yeah, I'm a traceure."
but im already getting overwhelmed!

Amazingly helpful! I am eternally grateful to whoever came up with the idea of using animation to show techniques. Bravo!

A suggestion: for the two-handed vault it would be nice to have a view of the other side of the action so we could see the hands and far arm better.

Wow, those animations are awesome! And helpful, too. They're awesomely helpful! Sweet to not only know these terms but to see them in action. I do the "Lazy Vault" over my couch all the time, but never knew it was an actual Parkour term until now! :zzz
