This Saturday, Colorado Parkour will be leading a four hour workshop for the Aspen Valley Snowboard Team in Aspen, CO. This workshop will see around 15 high level snowboarders ages 12-18 participating in a parkour cross training workshop emphasizing landings and control. In addition, Colorado Parkour will be presenting parkour to their second school this semester, the Odyssey School (K-8) in Stapleton, CO. This presentation will lead to an after school program beginning in early November for kids at the school in grades 6-8. Last of all, Colorado Parkour is now teaching the parkour club at Oberon Middle School in Arvada, CO after school on every other Wednesday. Parkour is certainly spreading to a larger audience and we look forward to showing these other people the great benefits of the discipline!
