Painful intervals to work off some of the excess turkey calories from yesterday..

Warm-Up:

3 rounds of:

20 Push Ups

25 Squats

20 Sit-Ups

5 Samson Stretch, each side.

Workout:

For time:

Run 800m

11 Burpees

Run 400m

21 Burpees

Run 200m

33 Burpees

Run 100m

47 Burpees

hmm how am i suppose to measure 800m?? like abotu how far would you say that is?

at a cool nine minutes i finished energized and ready to take on any pk i was about to do.

Dayum..kannagisai, I can always assume my time will be twice yours...18:23 and I was dead. We need to get some of your workout performances on video for motivation! 
 
ERI104, 400m is one lap on a standard high-school track, and I know you have a high-school somewhere nearby, so you have no excuse ;)
