"Mary"
In 20:00 complete as many rounds as possible of the following:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

I started parkour as a off-on hobby last year, then I just got cuaght up with things like work/senior year high school and quit working out all together for like 6 months. I going to persue parkour/free running seriously now that I'm settled in college and my traing officially starts today. 
 
Mary 2 sets (except with 10 pull ups, :sigh gotta get back in shape)
