This Saturday David will be training at Javits from 1-5 with auditions to be in the demo on Sunday. If you'd like to take part in the training Saturday and / or audition for Sunday's demo, you must have this release form. Anyone without one will not be permitted at the Javits Stonehenge fountain area. The New Yorker has provided a revised release form for this event, only ther newer forms will be acceptable.
