25 DB walking lunges

Run 400m

Dumbbell weight: 25kg total (55lbs). 
 
This is going to hurt tomorrow xD.

whoa... definitely just realized it said 4 rounds... :( Oh well. One round for me. 
 
400 - 2 minutes 
25 lunges w/ 40 lbs. 
 
Tomorrow is a rest day... indeed.
