APK Warm-Up

Workout: 3 rounds of 5 each, load as needed to make the last rep of each set challenging to finish with good form, rest 1:00 between sets, 1:00 between exercises. Post loads and substitutions to comments:

DB Clean and Press 

Pull-Up 

Turkish Get-Up

Subbed barbell overhead squats for the DB clean and press because I did those yesterday and my overhead squats are weak due to flexibility issues :)
 
The turkish Get-Ups seemed hardly possible at first until I got the technique down, then they were all right :)
 
Overhead squats: 44# 44# 50# 
Pullups: 40# 
Turkish Getups: 28#
