APK Warm-Up 

Workout:

L-Sit - 2:00

Planche - 2:00

Front Lever - 2:00

Handstand - 2:00

Perform the appropriate progression for each static hold; holding for as long as possible, resting, then repeating until you reach 2:00 total for each position.

Keep track of how many total attempts it takes to reach the target time for each position. Post results to comments. Compare to 7-30-07

I'm back :)
 
L-sit: 8 attempts as RX'ed first minute, then another 6 with one tucked leg the second minute. 
 
Wall assisted straddle planche: 6 attempts 
 
Straddled front lever with legs hanging down from knees: 6 attempts 
 
FS handstand: 2 attempts
