APK Warm-Up

Today's Primal Fitness Workout : The following exercises are done in pairs, while one person does one exercise, the second person is doing the other, alternate until time is up. If you don't have a partner, hold the static positions for the time it took to finish the moving exercises.

5:00 For rounds 

QM 60 Meters vs. Front Plank

2:00 Rest

5:00 for rounds

Burpee + Broad Jump 30 Meters vs. Static Squat Position

2:00 Rest

100 Team Pullups

Each member must do 50 pullups, the other can assist in any way, holding, pushing, etc

Front planks can actually hurt (h). And how low is the static squat position? I did them with thighs parrallel to the ground which because that seems to be the toughest position.. 
 
2 rounds each, then 2:59 for the pullups :).
