I did the primal fitness workout which was up earlier, but that included overhead work and that's a little similar to this I suppose. I might do this one tomorrow as well though .

Did a nice weight vest workout yesterday before and after the parkour class.
5 rounds at 15 lbs. of: 5x pushups 5x pullups 5x pistols (each leg) 2 laps around the gym floor
So I did that workout twice! Just got back from running for 25 minutes, probably will do some 8 minute abs then call it a night
