APK Warm-Up

Workout: Time to add some load...4 rounds for time:

15 DB Thrusters

15 Pull-Ups

15 DB Swings 

No dumbbells? Go get some! I'm going to add more DB movements over the coming months. I've come to the conclusion that the improvement in variety is worth the meger sum to pick up a used set of weights!

Welp, last night I taught my first parkour class (2 kids :p) at a gym north of where I live. Afterwards since no one was there for the adult class I did about an hour of basic gymnastics / tumbling which was a hella good workout! 
 
Will knock this out later!

Great stuff gear. Glad to see the incorporation of some weight-training. This WOD is really showing it's crossfit roots now.

Around 15 minutes, I didn't have my stopwatch :(. I started out with two 33lb DB's but I lowered the weight to 28lbs in the second and third round :). Great workout!
