Today's Primal-Fitness WOD:

Warm-Up x 3: Run 1 lap, 15 lunges, 10 KB Swings, 10 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 2 samson stretch
 
10x :15 L-sit w/ :45 rest...or, one L-sit at the top of each minute for 10:00
 
Workout:
Run 1 lap
10 burpees 
10 pull-ups
Run 2 laps
15 burpees
15 pull-ups
Run 1 lap
10 burpees
10 pull-ups
 
Laps are approx. 300m Post time to comments.

what is a KB swing? 
 
I didn't see it on the exercises page.

It's a kettleball swing. If you don't have kettleballs a dumbbell can be used as well.
