APK Warm-Up

Workout:

Ring Dip or weighted Ring dip: 8-6-3-3-3-2-2  (Last double is maximum weight for 2 reps)

Pull-Up or weighted Pull-Up: 8-6-3-3-3-2-2 (" " ")

Rest 2:00 between sets, post loads, loading methods (weight vest, dumbbell + strap, weighted backpack, etc.) and substitutions to comments.

I used a dumbbell held between my ankles :) 
 
Dips: 39lb 39lb 50lb 55lb 55lb 61lb 61lb 
 
Pull ups: 33lb 33lb 39lb 39lb 50lb 55lb 61lb 
 
I surprised myself with 61 lbs on both the pullups and dips. I couldn't get any more plates on my dumbbell but it felt appropriate :grin .

Ring Dips: 8-6-3-3-3-2-2 
8 set was broken, maxed out at 6 
 
Weighted Pull-ups: 10#-12#-25#-35#-50#-60#(fail)- 55#(fail) 
 
Used weightlifter belt, chain and oly plates to load.
