Warm-Up: 5 rounds:

Max Front and Side Plank

Samson Stretch x 3 each side

Workout: 5 rounds, each for time, 1:00 rest between rounds:

50m Sprint

5 Burpees

50m Sprint

10 Pull-Ups

I've had to sub 50lb dumbbell swings for the pullups because I had nothing to do pullups on at my sprinting place :-) . I finished with 50 pullups in the garage.

Did a nice run with my suitemate along the beach right down by the water. Waves kept running up the shore to about knee high at times. Good fun.  
I'm hoping to get in some upper-body this evening at the gym.
