Warm-Up x 3: Run 400m, 10 Squats, 10 Push-ups, 10 Jumping Pull-Ups, 2 Samson Stretch

Workout: 3 rounds for time:

50 Jump Rope Double Unders (Rope makes two passes for each jump, substitute tuck jumps 1/1 if you don't have a jump rope)

25 Pull-Ups
