Burpees

Handstand Push-Ups

55 mins. Came to two conclusions today: 1) I'm WAY outta shape 2) Burpees are from the debil :-(

For handstand push-ups substituted 5-4-3-2-1 first 5, then 4-3---1. I need to work on those :/

I'm a few days behind on this, but I liked this one alot. 12:18, I'm beat. Burpees is a funny name, but it's not really 8 count body builders, it's like them combined with star jumpers. I hope my DIs at OCS never find this, I'm glad my hats from boot didn't think of this stuff.
