APK Warm-Up


Workout:

15:00 for total rounds of the following:
50m Sprint
10 Pistols (alternating, 5 each leg)
10 push-ups
10 pull-ups

Post rounds and partial rounds completed to comments. Sorry about the lack of a workout yesterday, I assumed I was covered on the posting...you know what they say about assuming!

I did some front flip training and then this workout. I got through 4 rounds and a 50m sprint. I was hoping for better but I had to rest more because the high today was 103. I'd imagine it was around 98-100 while I was doing this. Tomorrow it only predicts 93 though, so thank god for that.

It's so hot and muggy in Florida right now. I did:  
 
2 rounds of the apk warmup + about a 1/4 mile run.  
 
Stretching 
 
Within the 15 minutes I got through 5 rounds, doing only 5 pull-ups each round and only 6 pistols for the last two rounds.

I really need to work on my leg stregth i cant even do one pistol

It definitely is muggy...did this outside the hotel in Orlando yesterday. 7 rounds + 1 run in 15:00, though I think I'm coming down with a cold of some sort...glad I did it anyway :p
