Workout-A classic bodyweight benchmark from Crossfit ....

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

First thing in the morning, just did today's crossfit wod and I'll now go kayaking.

12 sets, 120 push-ups, 60 pull ups,180 squats  
 
in 20 mins.

I dont have a pull up bar yet so I did 20 hnad stand push ups,70 push ups and 105 squats in 40 mins. the hand stands killed me pretty bad so my push ups we're lower. But the work out was amazing

:grin So I did it and I am proud. I was able to do 15 rounds in the 20 minutes and got some rest in between sets. Man I am TIRED!

5 rounds is all I got and did a 3 mi light jog afterwards. Got to lose weight off my legs man, it's killing me.
