Active rest for the masses.

Today will be a good day for rest, as most of us will probably be travelling to and fro to visit family and friends for the holidays. Remember that active rest facilitates faster and more complete recovery, and along those lines be sure to check out the new article from Faelcind on mobility exercises for optimum recovery and joint health: Recovery Article. Also remember that proper nutrition is as important if not more so for complete recovery. I will be working on an some content that will touch on some of the more important recovery-related nutrition points soon, but until then, keep the simple rules at the end of Faelcinds article in mind. As long as you're basing the majority of your diet on fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein, healthy fats and lots of water, you'll be well on your way to having everything perfectly dialed in.

Enjoy!
