Trained for a couple of hours today, working on top outs and adding distance to my standing leap. Came home and did : 50 pullups, 60 pushups, and 100 squats, didn't grab a time!

Yeah, not yet... I think if I even attempted 75 pull-ups my arms would fall off. The only thing I can do on that list is 100 squats. Still so far to go on upper body strength...
