APK Warm-Up 

Workout:

L-Sit - 2:00

Planche - 2:00

Front Lever - 2:00

Handstand - 2:00

Perform the appropriate progression for each static hold; holding for as long as possible, resting, then repeating until you reach 2:00 total for each position.

Keep track of how many total attempts it takes to reach the target time for each position. Post results to comments. Compare to 7-19-07

I'm back! 
 
L-sit- like 18 attempts :grin . First time I did not use a substution though :). Will work on hamstring and lower back flexibility. 
 
Wall assisted Straddle planche - 8 attempts 
 
Straddled front lever with legs hanging down from knees - 7 attempts 
 
Handstand - 2 attempts

I just started so I'm not sure what I expected. 
 
L-sit: 12 attempts against the wall, total failure every time. Worked better with some rails, still ow. 
 
Planche: Fell on face a lot. :x  
 
Front lever: Not sure if I did it right but many attempts and lots of looks from passerbys. 
 
Handstand: Once I actually managed to hit the wall, I did it in one go. The hitting of the wall took a lot more. 
 
I'm doing the warm up alright but I'm having a lot of trouble with these. Any advice.
