Perform the appropriate progression for each static hold; holding for as long as possible, resting, then repeating until you reach 2:00 total for each position.

Both the APK warm up and the L-Sit links are broken. I doubt this will bug very many people, being as you can still get there with another link, but you really should fix it just for convenience...
