APK Warm-Up

Workout: Tabata Squats . For each of 8 intervals, perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Keep track of reps, score is lowest number of reps for any one round. Post score to comments.

Did the WoD and got an even 22 reps on all 8 sets - probably need to add weight next time.  
 
Well I still had some in me so I decided to do Tabata Push-Ups too.  
Got 21, 18, 16, 14, 10, 10, 10, 5 
 
woofdah for sure 8)

Just ran 3 miles, but still cut it. I think 18 was my lowest set.

I thought I was out of time on one when I wasn't. :P  
I got at least 20 on all the other ones, and wasn't very tired at all, which leads me to believe my form is a bit off.. I might do this again today to be sure
