APK Warm-Up 

Workout:

With a constantly running clock, perform 1 pull-up the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third, and so on until you cannot perform the required number of pull-ups for the minute that you are on. If you come up short of 10 minutes, start back at one pull-up the minute following your failed set (so if you made it to only 4 pull-ups in the 5th minute, you'll do 1 on the sixth minute, 2 on the seventh, etc. until you reach your second failed set). You can break up the reps into as many sets as needed per minute.

This was our first day with APK. When do you guys post the WOD? I got yesterdays WOD this morning so did the sprints after the CF WOD

11 pullups in the 16th minute, better than I expected because I felt weak.

Did 11 in 11th minute and I knew it was over after that b/c I barely made it. Also did some technical training with some gym mats in our theatre department at my highschool. I'm good friends with the theatre teacher so he lets me go in and train during the summer.

JKNL, welcome to the site! I try to post the workouts first thing in the morning, but it doesn't always happen. Today's was posted around noon...just the way it worked out :p I posted yesterday's early, though, so I'm not sure why you wouldn't have recieved it until today...perhaps mailing list problems?

Pretty beat from the conditioning gauntlet that Happydud ran yesterday, so I did the normal warmup / weight vest routine and called it a day ixnay the pullups :]

14 pull-ups on my 15th minute . Down from my best, but much better than I expected on a humid day on those painted playground bars! Grip was a biatch!
