21:36, Had muscle failure on the 2nd set of handstand PU. Had to sub incline PU there on out.

The burpees made the handstand push-ups tough :). Good workout.

11 minutes 25 seconds, subbed pikeing push ups with 2 feet on exercise ball for handstand push ups
