APK Warm-Up

Workout: 10 intervals, 1:00 each with :30 seconds of rest.

 Perform the hardest version of jump rope work featured in Ross Enamait's Jump Rope Training II article. If you reach the point of severely reduced technique, drop to the next-easiest variation. Post results and jump rope technique chosen to comments.

Mixed some things up, double unders, one legged jumping, sprinting, many cross overs. Got me sweating.
