7-3-07:

APK Warm-Up

 
Workout:3 Circuits, moving a quickly as possible from one exercise to the next. 2:00 rest after each circuit:

Handstand Push-Up : Max Reps

L-Pull-Up : Max Reps

L-Sit : Max Hold

 
Post total reps/time for each exercise and any substitutions used to comments.

freestanding hspu's/total hspu's: 2/8 2/6 2/5 
 
Subbed pullups+ 28lbs for L-pullups: 10 8 7 
 
Started out with straight legged L-sits, tucked when form sagged, Straight legged/total time: 7/24 7/25 7/20 
 
First time I used free standing hspu's in a workout :-) .

Awesome bubblemaker! Consecutive freestanding HSPU's are REALLY hard!
