Forgot to post up yesterday! 12:10, nice little intense workout.

Did the workout at altitude of 7000 ft in 100 degree weather with the following substitution: during QM I held a 30 lb dumbell in each hand. It took me 15 minutes but in a moment of absentmindedness I went 15 m up and forgot to go back. I made up the remaining distance in QM and lunges but when I went for the burpees I ended up having lunch with Pukie.
