Workout: 3 rounds for time:

QM 15m up and back

Burpee + Broad Jump 15m up and back

Lunge 15m Up and Back

15 Push-Ups

15 Pull-Ups

12:42, my legs are still sore from doing Crossfit's Murph on Saturday.

5 for the first round, 9 for the second and 13 for the 3rd for a total of about 27 minutes  
 
That's with fighting passing out for Half of it - man it is HOT out.

Forgot to post up yesterday! 12:10, nice little intense workout.

Did the workout at altitude of 7000 ft in 100 degree weather with the following substitution: during QM I held a 30 lb dumbell in each hand. It took me 15 minutes but in a moment of absentmindedness I went 15 m up and forgot to go back. I made up the remaining distance in QM and lunges but when I went for the burpees I ended up having lunch with Pukie.
