Workout-A classic bodyweight benchmark from Crossfit ....

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

also, I find that raising to your toes apposed to a normal standing position adds one hell of a calf workout, very good training for shock-absorption and leaps n_~ :p
