Wednesday, 27 June 2007

Mark Toorock and Ryan ford will be on Denver's KRFC radio tonight discussing Parkour. You can tune in on the web. Expect a fun, light hearted look at Parkour starting at 6:00PM Mountain Time. That's 5:00 for anyone in Los Angeles, California, and 8:00 for anyone in New York.

I felt bad for Ryan when they were asking him questions. The questions were stupid and they were just so ignorant in the subject. Well played tho Demon. I don't think I would've handled it as well.

Man... some of their questions and comments seemed a little patronizing/condescending to me.

Both of you did a great job fielding some pretty tricky questions, especially the competition ones.

"Should someone in their mid-30s start parkour?"

Heck yeah! Speaking as a mid-30s traceuse!

i missed M2's part but caught Demons. Applesauce and Muse are right they weren't prepared very well and asked some pointless questions, but Demon still fielded them well.

Thanks guys...

I thought some of the questions and comments were pretty weird too. I didn't even know what to say to the "So you're a stair/wall kind of guy??"
Demon

Haha, yeah Demon... I didn't really see the humor in that comment either. *shrug* Great job fielding the mish-mosh of questions though. It seems like they just took the first 10 thread topics of any parkour forum and phrased them with question marks at the end.

Anyway, even if the radio personalities weren't 100% prepared, it was a good opportunity that was handled very well. Bravo :).
