APK Warm-Up

Workout: 5 circuits, moving from one exercise to the other, with 1:00 rest after each circuit.

Handstand Push-Up

L-Pull-Up

Clapping Push-Up

Pull-Up (or weighted pull-up)

Dive Bomber Push-Up

Leg Lift

Perform 3 reps of each exercise in the first circuit, 6 reps of each in the second, 9 in the third, 12 in the fourth and 15 in the fifth and final round if you’re able. If you reach failure on any one set, go back to the set of three and attempt to progress for the rest of the sets from that point. Post results to comments.

Did not entirely understand the workout, were you supposed to start over at three with the entire set or just the exercise you failed at. I restarted with the entire set XD. I also finished the set I failed at with the right number of reps. 
 
Got to 9 first, then to 6

You were spot-on. Finish the remaining exercises of that set as well as possible, then start the next circuit back at 3. Good job Bubblemaker!

Weightvest warmup today, and ran "The Westmonster Session" in this 95 degree weather. Might hit this one up though I'm feeling pretty pooped :]
