APK Warm-Up Workout: 5 circuits, moving from one exercise to the other, with 1:00 rest after each circuit. Handstand Push-Up L-Pull-Up Clapping Push-Up Pull-Up (or weighted pull-up) Dive Bomber Push-Up Leg Lift Perform 3 reps of each exercise in the first circuit, 6 reps of each in the second, 9 in the third, 12 in the fourth and 15 in the fifth and final round if you’re able. If you reach failure on any one set, go back to the set of three and attempt to progress for the rest of the sets from that point. Post results to comments. |
