APK Warm-Up

Workout: 4 circuits (move from one exercise to the next without rest) with 1:00 rest between each circuit.

Front Plank: 1:00

Side Plank (each side) 1:00

does 15 hollow rocks mean that you hold the position and rock back and forth 15 times or does it mean that you hold the position, 5 rocks, relax, then repeat 14 times?

I'm not sure, but I'm guessing you rock back and forth 15 times, just cause the other way seems too extreme. Do what you can? xD

Going off what the exercise is, I'd say it's the latter. Back and forth 5 times, hold - then repeat that 15 times. Watch the video provided here. Hope that helped bro.

I go back and forth on this one, but in this case it's meant to be back and forth 15 times total. I'll specify better next time!
