Jiu jitsu classes and maybe yesterdays hspu's fried my triceps, I just did some running and will do this tomorrow if possible :). It looks great.

Felt really burned out and slow today. Just didn't feel fresh at all. I was struggling on my 5th hspu, when normally I can bang out 8 before I even start slowing down. Ugh, just one of those off days I guess.

Out, did the "Westmonster Session" gauntlet / conditioning run and was out filming some more today. I'll probably do this tomorrow before I go out and film some more :]
