About 60 Traceurs hit up Washington DC on Memorial Day weekend 2007 to take part in the jam. Skipper was the gracious host as usual, kicking things off with a BBQ at his place on Saturday. From there he troops moved to Primal Fitness in DC to train and hang out. Sunday we went to Bethesda - Silver Spring - Bethesda. Silver Spring.

For some reason AVI videos don't play well on my Mac, no matter how many updates or programs I install.
Would it be possible to upload this video to YouTube? ;D

download VLC player it will basically play any video you can't play on a Mac, i downloaded it on my friends Mac and she loved it. Just google "VLC"

i have some friends.....but they cant do shit haha but i have a friend who has had expirence with acrobatics and stuff so i may not have to solo for much longer

Are there and Parkour events in Michigan? I know its cold now but when it warms up i plan on training but itd be nice to have others around here to train with.
