APK Warm-Up

Workout: With a constantly running clock, perform one push-up the first minute, two the second, and so on until you fail to reach the required reps for the minute you're on. Post rounds completed to comments.

I managed 10 reps in the 22nd minute. Pushups can hurt :grin !

Might hit this one up later still! Amongst capturing all the (b)East Coast Footage!

I got to #11 on set 17. Total of 147 pushups in 17 minutes.

I'm feelin a little under weather so I did this one instead of the atcual one from today.  
#14 in the 19th set. Illness sure leaves you fatigued.

I wasn't sure weather to stay in the push-up postion between. So... I did both. I got to #7 in the 12th minute. and when I stayed in the psotion I finished off teh 6th minute.

0 reps in the 15th minute, doing planche pseudo(sp?) push-ups after the 4th mintue.
