Yeah most of that video takes place in my fiance's home country Latvia. Not Russia. Daugavpils if i recognize it right.

this is the very first parkour/freerunning video i have ever seen this is the video that got me started in parkour and is still my favorite

This may be in Latvia, but Oleg is a Russian name... and at the end of the video, Oleg and his buddy are speaking in Russian.
