Warm-Up x 4: QM 25m, 10 Burpees

 10 x 100m Sprint.

Warmed up with yesterdays workout (9:28), then did these sprint things. Started with slow times (14.2 s), then I remembered the Crossfit sprint videos and I improved my times to 13.6 seconds :).

I'm out of school for summer now so I'm participating in the WOD starting today.Due to time restraints I could only do 3 rounds of the QM+burpees and then only 5 of the sprints...but it was still very tough.

Older guy without a sprint. Managed the sprints around 15-16. Slowest was 16.9. Ouch!
