APK Warm-Up

Workout: Perform one push-up, then one pull-up. Rest :15 and perform 2, rest :15 and perform 3 and so on until you reach failure. Rest 2:00 and repeat x 2

Post reps of failed set for each of the three efforts to comments.

I failed at the 12th, 9th and 9th set on the pullups :).

Ahoy mateys. Failed as follows. 
 
Round 1 - 9th pullup out of 10. 
Round 2 - 6th pullup out of 9. 
Round 3 - 6th pullup out of 7. 
 
Hopefully I did that right!

DAPKWUx2 
Only did 2 sets: 
Round 1- 4th pullup of 6 
Round 2- 5th pullup of 6 
Tried going strict pullups, started kipping on 4th set
soar

7. 06-05-2007 15:25

Failed on the sixth pullup of both sets. Instead of the 2 minutes rest between sets, I did a hard interval running workout (4x400m).
