"I like weights. You know where you stand with them. Well, sometimes you're lying under them, trying not to let them crush you, but you see, you KNOW they'd crush you if they could. There's honesty. "
--T. Campbell and Gisele Lagace--

My favorite weight quote, from the man - Henry Rollins:

"The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you in the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver, always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds."

Um... I'm trying to click on some of these exercises to see what they are, and it keeps taking me to the Dash Vault definition. :-) FYI.

You're rather right. Better look 'em up at Fitness>exercise descriptions if you haven't done so yourself already :).
