Workout:

10 x :15 L-sit w/1:00 rest between efforts, then...

3 rounds for time:

25 Jump Rope Double Unders (rope makes two passes for each jump)

25 Burpees

Damn good L-sits gear! 
 
I did the L-sits with tucked legs and the three rounds took me 9:36.
