APK Warm-Up Workout: Choosing either running or a rower, start off at a warm-up pace for 2-5 minutes, then alternate intervals randomly for 20:00. It works best to start with shorter, more powerful intervals, and end with longer efforts. That being said, mix it up and have fun playing with different work/rest ratios. Post intervals chosen and results to comments. |
