APK Warm-Up

Workout: Choosing either running or a rower, start off at a warm-up pace for 2-5 minutes, then alternate intervals randomly for 20:00. It works best to start with shorter, more powerful intervals, and end with longer efforts. That being said, mix it up and have fun playing with different work/rest ratios.

I didn't wear a watch so I don't know how long my intervals were. I would guess around 100m-800m at around the pace I would run for a 5K race.

actually went to the team building course today and taught a new guy Parkour, was a great session, beautiful day
